The right thing - all the time, seen or unseen. We speak the truth with kindness to everyone, even when difficult. We unselfishly protect the interests of the organization, our people and our customers.
Hide nothing from anyone (except competitors!). We keep each other informed – no hidden agendas or asides. Our progress and mistakes are in the open.
Happiness is a verb not a feeling at Skilled Strategies, LLC. Smiles and, when appropriate, laughter are required in every meeting, every activity and every encounter. Our product and service designs should always include an element of fun or convey our passion for life.
Look for the possibilities everywhere. Appreciate diversity in others – different communication styles, cultural differences or sensitivities. Give others the benefit of the doubt and assume positive intent first. Be nimble in business within acceptable boundaries and remain open to trying new things that stretch our imaginations. Service To and Helping Others
First do good, not harm. Provide positive life changing experiences, both inside and outside our organization. Provide the tools and techniques for improving confidence, gaining self awareness, uncovering new and growing evidence of competence, improving focus on goals and priorities, improving communication skills, and conquering fear of rejection. Give others encouragement and affirmation, not shortcuts. Keep commitments. Provide value by meeting explicitly stated needs at reasonable expense. Deliver services that make people feel valued and important – services that people feel good about recommending to others. Avoid or discard practices, products or services found not to help others, regardless of profit.
